This policy explains what information Ticket Kick may process, why it is used and what choices are available to users.
1. Data we may process
Depending on the modules you use, Ticket Kick may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel and role IDs, Discord usernames and avatars for display, server configuration, ticket data, moderation records, logs and technical session information.
2. Why the data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, identify Discord servers, save configuration, operate enabled modules, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.
3. Discord OAuth2
When you sign in with Discord, Ticket Kick receives information permitted by the OAuth2 scopes requested by the application. Your Discord password is not provided to Ticket Kick.
4. Cookies and sessions
The dashboard uses technical session data and may use cookies required for authentication, language selection, security and continuity of the user session.
5. Sharing
Ticket Kick does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by technical infrastructure or service providers when required to operate the service, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
6. Retention
Data should be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant Ticket Kick feature, legitimate security needs or legal obligations. Server-specific data may be removed when the bot leaves a server, depending on the configured cleanup process.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect data. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data and may object to certain processing. Requests should be sent through Ticket Kick support.
9. Children and Discord eligibility
Ticket Kick is intended to be used in accordance with Discord’s own eligibility rules and applicable law. Server owners remain responsible for how their communities use the service.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Ticket Kick, its hosting, integrations or legal requirements change. The latest published version applies from its stated date.
