Terms of Service
These terms define the rules governing access to and use of Ticket Kick, its Discord bot, website and dashboard.
1. Purpose
Ticket Kick provides tools for managing Discord servers, including tickets, moderation, roles, levels, automation, announcements, logs, tournaments and related administrative features.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using Ticket Kick, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
3. Discord account
Some features require Discord authentication. You remain responsible for your Discord account, its security and actions performed through it.
4. Authorized use
You agree not to use Ticket Kick to violate applicable law, harass users, send spam, bypass security restrictions, disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access or carry out fraudulent or abusive activity.
5. Server permissions
The bot may request Discord permissions required by enabled modules. Server administrators are responsible for the permissions granted and for their server configuration.
6. Availability and changes
Ticket Kick may be updated, modified, suspended or temporarily unavailable. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
7. Third-party services
Ticket Kick relies on third-party services, including Discord. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes or failures caused by those services.
8. Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended in cases of abuse, security risk, misuse, technical danger or violation of these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ticket Kick is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost data, server configuration errors or failures of third-party platforms.
10. Updates to these terms
These terms may change as the service evolves. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
